Unable to log on with User A/C

Dear All

I have little prb . I have Win 2000 Server insttaled on the server and server has made as domain. I am logging as administrator
now i hv created user a/c say "jam" but when i log on using this a/c system displays the messgae

user policy doesn't allow you to log on interactively.


(I have installed active directoty on win 2000 server)
