Unable to Log on,7175

I have installed epicor vantage which uses a progress database.I have completed software installtion. All databases and app severs are able to start but i cannot log into epicor vantage with the default username "manager" and password. I have tried this with all 4 databases thus, pilot,test,train and live. however each one of them comes with same error: unable to log on,7175 error.

Can any help,please to enable me log into epicor vantage. Thank you.
