Unable to log you in,please contact administrator. objPortal GetMarkup failed in Portal.ASP

I see a post for this before, but the user never put how they resolved the issue.

The user is added to the COM+ Application Portal, I have restarted IIS, restarted CR, Viewer and QM. Note: This did work before the customer rebooted CR,TDM, Viewer (Co Res) and QM at the same time.

I am not sure how to check Application Portal connectivity to the Eware Database, any ideas?

try to create new role.. and assing this role in the Com+ components all components i will work
