Unable to log into ProtectionPilot

I am unable to log into the protectionpilot console. It says to unable to connect to server 1.check login credentials 2. check network 3. check server is running. I have checked all these and everything is fine. The only change's that have been made to the server was IIS and ISA to enable certificates for OWA access. The server is running windows 2003 SBS.

Any ideas will greatly appriciated.
