Unable to log in to acd set.

I have a 3905 that does not allow the user to log in. When i press zero nothing happens. all other keys & functions on the phone work properly. I have deleted & rebuilt the set & also changed the TN.Please Help!!!!
 
Is someone else logged in with that agent ID? If you have symposium you should be able to see that. If you are using basic acd, use any other number that is not being used to see if you can log in, if you can, it is likely someone else is using the original ID number.
 
No one else is logged into that set. yes i do i have symposium. I deaquired it in symposium & also deleted & reprogrammed the tn in symposium.
 
is it acquired when you prt it in 11 or 20? does it have a working headset plugged in to the headset jack?
