Unable to locate screen "dCopy" when copying SO to new.

Hey Gang, thanks in advance for your help with this.

I have user trying to use the "Copy From" button while creating a new sales order. Basically I believe it should work as such:

1. Create new Sales Order
2. Click "Copy From" button
3. Basic address data will be copied from old SO to new

I however am getting an error, "Unable to locate screen dCopy". I have searched the forum, the web, old backups and Infosource, but I haven't found any hint of screen "dCopy"

Any thoughts... Thanks again.

The screen/panel was deleted. Normally you would need to re-install but you could also re-store the IM folder from backup.
