I had already tried that. After loading the new version of the Survey.nlm it works fine for a while. but after about half hour the survey.nlm just failed and now it refuses to load.
What version of Netware 5 are you running and what SP are you running on it? -----------------------------------------------------

What Compaq Server are you running? Have you applied the latest SOFTPAQ for Compaq for your Server? I read a couple of instances regarding Survey on NetWare v5.1 running on Compaq Servers where the latest SOFTPAQ fixed these issues.
I did applied the latest Softpaq from COmpaq, it fixed the problem for about half and hour after that the survey just unloaded by itself and right now it wont even load. Even if I restart my server it still does not load.
that indicated that a corruption in the NetWare OS files can cause issues when SURVEY.NLM runs.
If this is your problem, you'll need to rebuild the server. In the meantime, rem out SURVEY.NLM from your AUTOEXEC.NCF and run like that. Do you really need it running? -----------------------------------------------------
