Unable to locate a database

Yes it is an ARCserve file. See Database section of the faqs for details.

Try initializing that database.

If all else fails install ARCserve on another system (tape drive not needed) install updates, and then copy this new database to replace the old one. After that you can merge in any tapes that you in the database.
 
Hi,

I have a problem. In the events log of ARCServe, i have this error:
4102(BdD= astpsdat CE=** unable to locate a file [-46] (RUNTIME\DBD.C : 406) – C:\Program files\ComputerAssociates\ArcServe\DATABASE\astpsd.000)
A file missing.
Someone know this file, is it a file of ARCServe???
What is this?
