We are having an issue with users profile giving an error saying it cannot copy the profile as the file outcmd.dat is in use. We have set the sytem to not allow a connection if the profile cannot be copied, so the user is refused a connection.
The problem only seems to occur if outlook is already running and logging off outlook will fix it. But this is not Ideal.
Wwe are running Metaframe XP FR2 on win2000 and PNagent v8 on clients. The profiles are all held on a network share specified in Active Directory.
I have viewed other similar forum entries and the UHPclean.exe has been mentioned which I have downloaded and installed on all citrix servers but this has not fixed the issue.
