Unable to load translation shared library error

Hi I'm trying to build a DTS using SQL 2000 to import data from a informix server. installed and configured the driver on my sql2k server and was able to build my DTS but when i run it i get a error stating "[Informix][Informix ODBC Driver]Unable to load translation shared library (DLL)" anyone run into that before?
