unable to load the odbc driver...

Hi,
I have installed the odbc driver. but when I tried to create a datasource, it errors out as
"The setup routines for the MySLQL ODBC 3.51 Driver ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error code 126"

I reinstalled the driver, still the same error.
Can anybody suggest me how to get through this error
