Unable to load OS

I'm trying to reload my IMAC with 10.3, when it gets to the destination menu, I don't see my harddrive volume, just the CD volume. I check the log, states unable to mount dev/sd0.(example). I have tried different OS versions, still the same problem. Any suggestions? Thanks

Just a thought... have you run diskutillity software on the drive...??

Also, you can not re-install an earlier OS on a later OS install... but maybe that is not the issue.(??)

The reason why I want to reload is my OS is very unstable, applications unexpectely quit. Currently i am running 10.2.6, I want to install 10.3.3. I have not ran any disk utilities, i'll give it a try. Any other suggestions? Thanks
