Well, we upgraded an entire accounting system from Win 95, Office 97, VB4 and Crystal Reports 3 for Visual Basic to Win2000, Office 2000, VB6 and Crystal Reports 6 for Visual Basic 6. (Database is in Access, VB is the front-end application, and Crystal does all of the reporting). Most reports upgraded very well, But A couple of them seem to crash for no reason. They will open fine, and you can edit them, preview with data, change Database Location, anything you want to. Then you save it...and that is fine too. But once you try to open it again, it displays an "Unable to Load Report" error, and the report cannot be accessed at all. I can open the report and change nothing, and then save it, and the same error occurs. If I open the report and don't save it, I can open it again without a problem, but once I try to save anything, it crashes, and I have to recover the old copy. I have searched for DLLs for a fix, but nothing has worked. I was hoping for an easy fix (rather than having to redesign the report). Any suggeations?
