IPO 500, running 4.0(14), analog lines, 5420, and 5410 phones. Problem:
User calls, off-site, and gets a voicemail greeting. After the message is listened to, the beep plays, and the call is automatically dropped. Testing the same number with my cell phone, I am able to leave a message as normal. From the system phones, calls are cut off at point of leaving message. Any suggestions? I have never seen this issue before.
Third party site says VM is operating and functioning properly. Third party says VM mailbox is set to accept messages, and not at capacity. It must be something with the leave message tone?
