Unable to launch Sybase Central Java Edition

Installed Sybase 12.5 on the pentium 4 box.
I had to add the JAVA_COMPILER environment variable and set the value to NONE to install successfully. However, after a successful install Central Java Edition tools will not launch. I receive a jre.exe error message trying to launch this tool.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately this is known Sybase central issue for v12.5 open client. Sybase are working on it. Either Sybase central launch or it does a stack dump!
