Unable to launch IE 5.5 from Outlook Express.... 1

Using MSN Freeweb as my ISP IE hangs when automatically starting after connecting to OE,or simply clicking on a URL on an email.

Whats more frustrating is that MSN home page, and that of every ISP I have ever used attempts to load after connecting to OE.

Any clues ....have tried using IE Repair tool, re-installing IE and deleting all other ISP connections save Freeweb !!

Have you checked the settings in Tools/Internet Options/
Settings for Temporary Internet files ?
Avoid checking for newer versions of stored pages
every time you start IE.

Have you checked under Tools>Options>Connection in Outlook Express?

Or in Internet Explorer>:
Tools>Internet Options>Connections. Choose the one you prefer and click the "always dial my default connection"

Anyone know where the bloody heck I can download the
FULL IE 5.5 SP2 without having to waste hours on the
Internet?
