Hello:
We are presently upgrading our Nortel Networks Contivity Client v2.62 to v4.65. In v2.62 I would give the User Admin rights then install the client then remove the Admin rights from the User and they were able to access the VPN with no issues. Now, I do the same thing with the new version and it does not work. I can install the client just fine, but when I remove Admin permissions from the User they can't launch the VPN Client. They get the following error: "Logon Failure: due to driver Failure." A VPN Engineer associated with the app that were are trying to connect to told me that I have to assign all Users on my network Admin rights in order to use the new version. You know as well as I do that if we give everyone Admin rights, life will be over. Has anyone had this issue, am I installing the new version incorrectly.
Many thanks in advance,
Woods
