Unable to Interpret time or date

I go into Tools/Preferences/Delegation/Calendar Delegation or Mail Delegation I enter details etc, when I do OK I get an error message box FIELD CONTAINS INCORRECT VALUE with a message in it ' Unable to Interpret time or date'

sounds like a problem with the free time. Make sure you tick Saturday and Sunday and re-type all of the times in (I usually just type them in as 09:00 - 17:00).
