Unable To Install Uagent

Hi, I have already installed the uagent.rpm package but when I type uagentsetup, I get this response...

The ARCserve Universal agent package must be installed first
Please install the Universal agent first

Please help

Did it make the /opt/uagent directory? What OS are you trying to install on?
