Unable to install HP OpenView(Sun Solaris 8.X)

Problem:

I'm unable to install HP Openview. Everytime I start ./install it gives me this

Segmentation fault error

I've already added the semaphores and rebooted the machine to enable them. Does anyone have a clue what's going on....

Did you add the forceload lines to /etc/system, too?

yea added the forceload line to etc/system too... I did add some security patches before I began the installation. Would that have something to do with it?
