I have an 0x32 w/6.1 and NAM w/I believe 4.1 on a PRI. Customer has codes for toll calls. In ccr tree path 7 I have pointed to a LD number. Is there anyway to insert pauses to allow for code??? Or do I need carrier to build an allow for this number?

I have tried that. If I try to place a pause in the string of numbers f78 or even # it will not accept it. This is a path in the ccr tree that is set up to transfer to an external number. They had an 800# that worked fine. I'm not call forwarding an ext.
Whenever I input f78 it cancels out......

I call the office after hours and the aa picks up. I dial 7/ prompt plays one moment please/ moh comes on then a long tone/rings and then intercept operator/ we cannot complete your call/disconnect.
However, if when I dial 7/ hear tone/ put in code the call goes through. I'm thinking I might need an analog line to set it up or carrier to build an allow table for this number...

Back again. I have gotten to the point where I can add the pauses by pressing the # key and then add. However, after I add the pauses I cannot add any digits to the string after the pauses. Any suggestions

Hey, thanks for all the input. I was finally able to get it working. After adding 2 pauses and then pressing 2 without # b4 it I was able to insert the 4 digit code. I saved the tree/enabled it/dialed into aa/dialed 7 and was routed to service.

Man I guess we have to just stay diligent, stubborn and relentless. I know my customer will be happy. Once again, I sincerely am grateful for the support.. have a great weekend.

Thanks, it's always a refresher for me anytime I work on equipment. Always learning something new man and that's the way it should be.

Also noticed that prior to pressing the digit 2 to add to string certain numbers represented symbols.
Example
6 = *
5 = #
4 = D and of course
3 = P. I have no idea what * and D represent. All the other numbers 7, 8 9 and 0 haven't any value.
