Using Avaya CC7, I've created a historical report in the Report Creation Wizard as the standard reports don't differentiate between calls abandoned within and outside SL.

The Report is based on Skillset and has the following fields:

iSkillsetStat.Time
iSkillsetStat.CallsOffered
iSkillsetStat.CallsAnswered
iSkillsetStat.CallsAnsweredAfterThreshold
iSkillsetStat.Abandoned
iSkillsetStat.AbandonedAfterThreshold
@RCW_%ServiceLevel
@RCW_AverageTalkTime
@RCW_AverageWaitTime
@RCW_MaxAnswered
iSkillsetStat.Skillset
iSkillsetStat.Timestamp
@RCW_SkillsetNameOrID.

I can save it ok, and preview it with no errors, but when I try to import I receive the error:

there is no @report_data_range in the selected template.

I've tried to import other reports that I've created and they import fine, any ideas?

The @report_data_range refers to a blank formula with name: report_data_range
Can you create that formula? And try again?
Just leave it blank. It is used for passing the date/time interval from the selected Data Range bur there is no need for ebedding it in the report.
