Hi,
We have recently set up ISA server 2000 (stanard edition) as a "pass through" proxy server. We pass all requests to surfcontrol web filter which then filters all traffic.
This is all working very well for any NT or Win2k machines either server, desktop or laptops. However we are unable to get any of our unix machines/clients to go out via the ISA server. It seems that when we enter the proxy server details ie 10.0.0.1:8080) into any browser it's unable to get to the destination web site, also no logs are created in the ISA server or surfcontrol.
All the routing is correct, able to ping, telnet and ftp on to the proxy server.
Cheers.
