Unable to get to command prompt on Xplex Server

Please does anyone know where I am going wrong,have been trying to log onto this Xplex Server to look at port settings.But can only get to Configuration/Maintenance Menu,using default password "access", and no matter how I try I seem unable to get to a command prompt.The reason that I am trying to do this is that I am unable to ping two of the TIU's off this server from the freeseat server,cabling has been checked out ok.
Any help would be appreciated.
