Hi

Im facing an issue with 3300 CX controller that i could not get the login page. Once the i typed the system IP address the IE will keep loading the page without display. I have tried several things to resolve the issues. I reloaded the software and turned the VLAN off in the VxWorks. But still not able to get the login page.

Any idea what could be the cause of this issue.

pop up blocker?
Firewalls?
Anti-virus setting preventing redirect?

Hi

Already I have done these excersises. But without any success. I have used more than one PC but still the same.

Are you able to unplug the 3300 from the network and directly connect your PC to it? What happens then?

Yes I'm Connected directly to the 3300, again the same issue loading the page only without display.

Have you tried resetting the web service of the 3300?

Hi All,

Thanks for you support. The problem solved, it was VLAN issue but the system was not taking the command vlan_off. So I put the hard drive in another controller then execute the command which it did work perfectly.

But I do have another Problem with APC to house the teleworker in the CX controller. All I get to access the console is this

ø€ø€ø€ø€ø€ø€ø€ø€ø€ø€ø€ø€ø€

Does this means that the APC Card is faulty?

I believe the APC Baud rate is 38,400, what speed are you connected at?
