I'm having hard time using password change service via email on my callpilot revision 7.5. I keep getting error "Unable to get SMTP code for Location ID = 2"
My call pilot is part a workgroup with FQDN (MYcallpilot) separated from my company domain but I can access it from Companydomain.com. I have entered the correct smtp address under Message Delivery Configuration, SMTP/VPIM with ssl enabled. the smtp address in enabled throug the firwall. I'm using exchange server 2007. So I don't know what I'm doing wrong here. any help appreciated.
