I'm not if this is the right forum to post but..trying my luck.
My company has bought a nortel contivity to serve as our VPN device.
I added the users to the vpn list in the contivity web application.
I tried to vpn from my home using the client but was geting error: remote host not responding.
I tried to ping the address: 202.172.52.226, got the follwing msg: TTL expired in transit
I would like to know if i need to add the public ip address assigned to the contivity to our C837 cisco router ?
If so, how do i add it? sorry, i know nuts abt routers and on how to configure them.
