Unable to get recurring reports to list - any suggestions?

Hi,

I am running some 300+ scheduled reports on CE 8.5 on a nightly basis. When I use Crystal Enterprise Launchpad and select the view Instanaces (I log on as Administrator), I always get a "line 918" error. I can see any pending, failed, running. Just not recurring.

I've called Business Objects/Crystal Decisions - they suggested I do a "repair" on the installation. We have, we rebooted, no luck.

Anyone have another idea?

Try going into the View Instances by User/Status from the default Enterprise launchpad WEB page (where you launch either ePortfolio or the CMC):

http://<APS>/crystal/enterprise/launchpad/en/default.htm

It's under the Administrative samples on the left.

Does it run?

There is a Crystal Enterprise forum which might get better responses.
