Hi
Any body can assist me what i am missing below ?
C:\PROGRA~1\Legato\nsr\bin>mminfo -s brwsbckp -q savetime=07/28/2007 -r group,client,totalsize,nfiles
mminfo: no matches found for the query

Tried with different dates,still says no match found.
THX

You better start using quotes in general - they are needed if you have more than one parameter anyway:

mminfo -s brwsbckp -q "savetime=07/28/2007" -r
"group,client,totalsize,nfiles

Looks like savetime needs date range. When i put as below it works.

C:\PROGRA~1\Legato\nsr\bin>mminfo -s brwsbckp -q "savetime >='07/28/07',savetime <='07/29/07'" -r "group,client,totalsize,nfiles"

Second question : How do i find out which system currently backing up to this legato ? I have numerous system which don't backup at persent.

Not necessarily - a certain day will do as well. But do not forget that this is really a timestamp ... down to the second. So yes, using a date range is obvious.

You can not do this from looking up the client's activity - unless you run a manual backup where you can specify the server. Otherwise, you must look at the server's configuration.

If you're lucky, you may find your info in /nsr/res/servers file (c:\program files\legato\nsr\res\servers)

Regards,
J
