Unable to get LDAP through VPN

Is there any specific configuration to allow LDAP access through the VPN?

I have the "sysopt connection permit-ipsec" command in place, so I am allowing all IPSec traffic...

Check to see if you have a fixup protocol ils in the top portion of your config. If so remove it by doing, no fixup proto ils.
