I am getting this error on all supervisors trying to get RTD to display. I saw an archived post stating possible port blockage on the network side.

Has anyone else seen this error and if so, is this the correct problem?

John

By the way. If I hook a laptop directly to the ELAN hub and launch RTD it works just fine. Only on the Customer network am I getting this problem.

It worked one day and the next morning it stopped.

janaya,
Sounds the IT folks have been busy - check with them and see if they made any changes, changed a switch, router for example - even if they think the configured it right have them verify that no firewalls are in place and Muticast is allowed

Run icertdtrace from the CLAN at various touch points, that way you can verify for a fact if the data is present or not.
If it is, then check to make sure you are firewalled on the PC, if it's not, then it is a network routing issue.
