I am running ArcserveIT 6.61 with Backup for Exchange installed on an NT Server machine the is our PDC with Exchange server.
After running a backup session for the local drives, the registry and the Exchange server and Brick level the backup hits this informational message and continues the same message in the log for almost two hours...
Unable to find tape record. EC=*.* Field is not a valid key [-17] (156-156-1)
The backup is listing as incomplete.
I am not sure if this is an issue with the tapes or the backup settings.
