Unable to find messages

We have a BCM50 REL 1.0

Problem: clients are leaving messages, but we are unable to find them.

Any advice...
 
Have you checked the General Admin mailbox? It will be mailbox 100 on a 3-digit system, mailbox 1000 on a 4-digit system. If you find your "lost" messages here you either need to disable the GD mailbox, or assign it to an extension, usually the receptionist.

Check your reports in CallPilot youmay have a mailbox somewhere that is full and not being checked.
 
We had a customer that forgot the check the GDM and had over 1700 messages in it. They only had 4 minutes of storage left.
