unable to export to excel 8.0 extended format

I am using CRW8.5 with Access 97 database. Reprot is giving me desirted output in the CRW8.5. However, when I export to Excel using the Excel8.0 extended format the columns are not showing in the correct order.

I also tried exporting to PDF and it is working there.
But I need to use excel extended format. My columns range is from A to Z, AA to AH.

Brief Description about the report:
There is a subreport in the Report Header A and some formula fields in Report Header B. Page Header contains the column headings.

In 2003, there was a change in Crystal 8.5 exporting that improved it a great deal. If your export-choice says things like Excel Extended rather than MS Excel 97, then an update should fix it. I assume 'BO' still have them for Crystal 8.5 customers.

I have installed SP3 for CRW8.5, do I need some thing for Excel 2003. Do you adding sub report can cause the problem.

You need the dll files. Talk to whoever you got the software from.
