Eror message received for roaming profile users:
Unable to expand the folder. The set of folders could not be opened. The information store could not be opened.
Situation:
user 'A' logs onto machine '1' - no error and can get email.
user 'A' logs onto machine '2' - error appears.
Email available via Outlook Web Access.
No access is available to the mail icon in control panel due to profile lockdown..
any help very much appreciated
