I have a single computer at a remote site that dials in to the RAS at our main site. Every so often, it starts giving the staff there the message unable to establish connection. The last time I was at this pc, it would dial, connect, start verifying username and password, then it would disconnect, saying something about protocols not being compatible with the remote computer. I'm sorry, Ican't remember the exact message.
I deleted and re-added the TCP/IP protocol for the dial-up adapter and that seemed to fix it. But, it is acting up again. All of the dialing settings are correct, all users are in our RAS database, and the only protocol we use is TCPIP over that link. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks,
Heather
