Unable to establish an ica connection from Citrix

We have a problem with one of our servers (MetaFrame XP Server FR3) in that users are unable to establish an ica connection to another server or published application. When they try to launch the session they get the 'Connecting to...' dialog for a few seconds, then it disappears. The Program Neighborhood Connection Centre icon appears on the system tray for a short period of time before also disappearing. Our other servers are okay.

I'm going to check the licensing aspect, but wondered if this had anything to do with the gina?

Wondered if anyone had come across this before?

Make sure you not only check the license on the Citrix end, but on the Terminal Server end as well.

Almost ceratinly a TS license issue. Each client requires a TS license, or at least the ability to get one if they are new clients.
