Configuration: Exchange 2000 mixed mode.
My account was moved to the new Exchnage server.
Steps:
1) From DC, created OU for contacts
2) From OU, create contact and configure. replicate.
3) From Outlook, select contact and send mail.
I receive the following message. The e-mail address could not be found. Perhaps the recipient moved to a different e-mail organization, or there was a mistake in the address. Check the address and try again.
If I simply type the smtp email address, the mail delivers properly.
SMTP is being handled by legacy Exchange 5.5 connector,
