Using IE5.5 and MSWord 97. I have received instructions to make corrections to a file. After I get to the place in the web site it tells me to "clik on FILE and then go to EDIT WITH MICROSOFT WORD and click" The WORD window is displayed. After a copule of second the following message is displayed "Microsoft Word - The Windows registry has reported that one or more required files are damaged or missing. To correct this problem, run the Word Setup program" I did removed MsOffice 97 and reinstalled completely. Tried again and I am sorry to say that I got the same message. I tried in a different PC. I did not get the message, but the file was not captured by WORD. Any help is appreciated.
