I have added on a word document to our Intranet site for a standard letter. The idea being, staff will open the Intranet, click on the link for the standard letter, fill in the relevant information and print it off. 2 of our PC's will not allow the user to do this, as when they click on the link, the document open's in the Internet Explorer window as normal, but the user is unable to change any of the text, unlike the rest of the company.
Any ideas much appreciated.
