Unable to draw on Canvas. RxGradientCaption, Rxlib

Hi,
I get this error, "Unable to draw on canvas" when I use a bpl file which contains my classes and screens that use the RxGradientCaption.
The same error appears when I use a dll instead of a bpl.
This error does not appear when I run the exe without the bpl or the dll.
Any idea what causes this error???
Help this is an emergency!
