Unable to Drag and Drop Block to Application Window

I've installed Application Builder on my laptop. The application isn't allowing me to drag and drop a block to the Application Window. If I use another computer that has App Builder installed, I have no problem. I have the same OS, Service Pack, APP Builder version, etc. I'm new to using this application. Any suggestions would be appreciated as to why I can't the drag and drop command using my laptop.

check the Java versions, also when you installed it on your laptop, make sure you have admin rights.

Is there a particular Java version that will allow me to drag and drop icon to app window? Thank you in advance.
