Unable to do Diff document level backup with Exchange Agent and V11.1

Hi everyone,

I am trying to setup a document level back up on Exchange 2003 (cluster) agent premium addon and Arcserve v11.1. I setup the service account and grand permission/role as indicated from the manual.

I am able to do a full back up (with or without clearing archive bit) of an individual mailbox. But when I change the backup method to Diff or Inc, it still do the whole mailbox over again.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Right-click the document level part of the backup source. In here you can decide on how to handle full vs diff/incremental on Exchange document level.
