Unable to display 'ACTIVE" jobs using the ADMINISTRATION Cnsole

I have just loaded the NETBACKUP ADMINISTRATION CONSOLE software. I can open every option on the GUI panel accept for the JOBS tab on the ACTIVE MONITOR option.

It displays an error 'not connected, see if the services are up'. Although all services are up and running.

Anyone perhaps familiar with this kind of problem ?

Rather strange, check what the server is set to. It might be set to somthing other than the master.
