unable to dial out on sprint PRI (MAGIX) 1

have an existing pri from at&t with 3 digit dnis.......I am in the process of changing carriers to sprint,

sprint is set-up as follows.......ESF/B8ZS, , 4ESS, ATT Custom, call type = 2 INWATS, outbound = public. sprint requires "1" sent with every domestic ld call.

when I switch to the sprint pri.....incoming works well, however I cannot make outgoing calls....I dial 1-212-555-1212...at this point I can observe the amber light on the ds1 card lighting up....the next thing i get is dialtone.

If I go back to the ATT Pri outbound works.......

any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Try dialing 9 twice.

IF THAT WORKS, set the PRI Out going table to provide an extra 9.
