Unable to dial external destination

Hello all!

We have an issue dialing Cambodia, I have looked at our nadap,thought the issue might be number length but for 900 the number lenght is set to 3-20.
Code for Cambodia is 00855, the number is correct as I have dialled out direct on a trunk bypassing the MD and got through any ideas.

Yes thanks I have been and the entry is there for international calls:
Entry TRC ACCT FRCT TOLL
900 1 0 8 11111111111111111

I think it is related to the number length +855xxxxxxxx

Number lenght is fine I have established it is an issue with the carrier.
