I have a School that I support and they have a Nortel Norstar ICS. When parents call into the system they are unable to dial by extension. I have the NAM programmed with the AA greeting recording 2 seconds of dead air so it goes straight to the CCR tree. This leads into my next issue. This is only happening with Time Warner Residential customers. The issue is also that when you dial a Time Warner Residential customer you will ring into the phone after you get the 4 rings and shopuld be call forwarded to voice mail the line disconnects befor you hear the v-mail system. Any help on this would be great!!!!
