dear all,

There's a newly installed apache 1.3.x on a freebsd box in the LAN.
When I check it with a nearby PC's ie and type it shows the file but addressing the page as results in error message:
-----------
Unable to determine IP address from host name for gate.human.nk.am
The dnsserver returned:
Name Error: The domain name does not exist.
------------
What lines in what "conf" files should be tampered with to make it work?

vakimova,

This sounds more like a DNS issue than an Apache issue.
The dnsserver returned:
Name Error: The domain name does not exist.

Do you have a DNS zone in place for human.nk.am?
