Kinda obvious, but make sure you have all the correct upgrades and patches for your versions of AS and SS.

thanks for helping me,
i will install tomorrow sp4 for sql2k and check if it help(i got sp3 till today),
but this solution not satisfy me fully, i wish i could prevent myself from surprises this kind, and i hope that Analysis Services won't behave the same way in the future, and will stop working correctly one day,
