How can you determine if a domain (company) is blocking you because they think you're a spammer, or because they run antivirus software that blocks addresses? Or can't you?

I know of the spam cops out there, and we have tested our address with all of them and we're clean (we weren't about 4 months ago). We attempt to send email to a particular domain and we get a non-deliverable back. I can email the address via my personal hotmail account, so I know the domain and recipient address is valid.

Ideas?

The easiest way to deal with this problem is to ask the company if you are blocked on their firewall. Ask the company to send you an email so that you can check the header information and find out where the email was sent from.

Reply back to the message and check for delivery. Contact the ISP and ask them for any assistance.
